My background
My experience centers on moving resources to grassroots, community-led organizations (including through Groundswell Fund and the Resourcing Refugee Leadership Initiative). I bring a community-centered, justice-focused lens and a scrappy, organizer’s attitude to everything I do.
While my roots are in community organizing, I am a highly adaptable researcher who loves diving into new focus areas and translating complex, unfamiliar work into convincing proposals.

3. Strategy: We create a targeted plan for these prospects, often tackling an upcoming proposal together to implement the new narrative.
